How We Handle Gutter Repairs
A leaking gutter joint looks like a small annoyance until you see what it's doing to the fascia behind it. Constant dripping rots the timber, stains the brickwork and eventually pulls the whole run away from the wall.
We repair leaking joints and seals, realign runs that have lost their fall, replace cracked sections, re-bracket gutters pulled loose by wind, and repair or reroute downpipes. Where the underlying fascia has rotted, we replace that too — otherwise any repair to the gutter above it is temporary.

- Can a leaking gutter be repaired or does it need replacing?
- Most leaks are down to failed joints or seals and are straightforward to repair. If the gutter has gone brittle across multiple sections or the underlying fascia has rotted, replacement usually works out cheaper long term.
- My gutter sags — what causes that?
- Usually either brackets that have pulled loose, or a fascia board behind it that has rotted and can no longer hold the fixings. We check the timber at every survey.
- Do you provide reports for insurance claims?
- Yes. For storm damage we provide photographic evidence and a written summary you can submit with a household insurance claim.
